Placed internet order for a customer. After 5 days I emailed the company inquiring about delivery. They emailed a self generated UPS tracking number that did not result in delivery. Contacted them to run a trace and they responded they show the order delivered and once a shipment leaves their warehouse, they have no more responsibility for it. They claimed to have shipped to a billing address even though the order specifies the shipping address. No merchandise has arrived at either address.BEWARE OF ILEATHERDIRECT>COM.-as shoddy a business as I have run across. UPS shows no such delivery.

UPS is running a "receivor" trace but if they cannot resolve, they say there is nothing more they can do.

I have requested a credit from ileather since they would not be able to prove delivery and have received no response as of 11/23/08.

I am being squeezed from both ends and have not received merchandise I have paid for.
