Placed internet order for a customer. After 5 days I emailed the company inquiring about delivery. They emailed a self generated UPS tracking number that did not result in delivery. Contacted them to run a trace and they responded they show the order delivered and once a shipment leaves their warehouse, they have no more responsibility for it. They claimed to have shipped to a billing address even though the order specifies the shipping address.
