My mother was contacted by phone and talked into purchasing a vacation package over the phone. When booking the trip we were not told of the time share connection and that we HAD to attend to get our voucher for the cruise we PAID for. Additionally, we used our gas in a rental car to travel one hour (each way) to the highpressure sales presentation, paid parking fees for rental car while on the cruise, and were charged for every meal and hotel room that we had while on the TOTAL PACKAGE deal! We paid upcharges for a better room on the ship and two extra days in Ft. Lauderdale. When I requested a refund for the extra days as we were not using in Orlando, I was told it would be taken off my credit card but it never has been. They refused to give me a reciept or confirmation for this refund when I was on location and now refuse to discuss the issue.

Other people on the same package paid as little as $360 for the same think we paid $1, 000. Taking advantage of the elderly, uneducated, or uninformed in this way is disgusting way to do business.
