My mother was contacted by phone and talked into purchasing a vacation package over the phone. When booking the trip we were not told of the time share connection and that we HAD to attend to get our voucher for the cruise we PAID for. Additionally, we used our gas in a rental car to travel one hour (each way) to the highpressure sales presentation, paid parking fees for rental car while on the cruise, and were charged for every meal and hotel room that we had while on the TOTAL PACKAGE deal!
