I am Sudha Kumari Rai. On 5th Feb 2009, we got an discount offer on "Reebok Kit" from "India Today Book Club" on my email-id

When we were paying online for the same Reebok kit using our ICICI Bank Credit Card, we got message that the transaction was not processed. So we tried the same process for 2 more times.
Later when we checked the credit card bill, amount was debited 3times. We informed the same to the India Today Book Club and they replied that it has been processed thier side. If we are not interested,
we can refuse the parcel when it arrives at our door step.

Three parcels with the above order number was send to us. we refused the third parcel. But they our money for the third order was not refunded to our account.
we informed the same to them and they replied that the parcel has been received by their concerned department,
but it has not been updated in thier system yet. It has been more than 5 months, but we didn't got any message from thier side on this.
We are still paying the credit card bill because of huge bill.I kindly request you to please help us in getting our componsesation.
