ING has been deducting $100 a month from my checking account for the past 6 years. I contacted them today to withdraw a small portion, and because I did not activate a PIN when I first got the account they would not even talk to me; even after giving them Social Security Card and Date of Birth. I went through 4 people expressing that his is an emergency. The last person Chris asked me security questions, I said how could you possbily have security questions if the last 3 people I talked to told me that I did not set up my account therefore there is no security questions that I put into place. He said we have random questions, he than proceeded with asking my questions about my x-husband and someone I have not seen or heard from in over 25 years. Than said "I am sorry you did not pass the security questions we asked", therefore; we will close the account however; you will not have your money until 60 days! I need the money now to save my home from foreclosure! I than proceeded to ask for his supervisor and he told me I am the supervisor and I said well in every Company a supervisor reports to someone and I want to talk to that person. He put me on hold and never came back on the phone after two hours of waiting! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMENT THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! They try to get you with paying a higher percentage rate but when you need your money??? 60 days come on!
