ING has been deducting $100 a month from my checking account for the past 6 years. I contacted them today to withdraw a small portion, and because I did not activate a PIN when I first got the account they would not even talk to me; even after giving them Social Security Card and Date of Birth. I went through 4 people expressing that his is an emergency.
