We agree with all the other complaints against IMS. Moreover we enrolled on a website promising low commission fees, no specific contract. After a couple of transactions we got a charge of $174. Worst part is that their online statement shows zero fees all time. When we closed the account a couple of weeks later an electronic charge of $174.33 showed up without our authorization in our account .No one at IMS could explain why we were charged $174.33 for 2 transactions totalling $1700. Their advertised rate of approx 2.5 % became a 10% charge rate and we NEVER received the funds from IMS. Every time we submitted a credit card it showed as approved making us believe that the transaction was approved, but they didn't because a week later we get an email from a so called High Management risk telling us that they need more information which was already entered online. They are liers, they have DIRECT access to your bank account and can charge anything they want. BE AWARE they are a dangerous company. Stay away, you have been warned.Unfortunately we learned the lesson afterwards. IMS makes money based on fraud.
