billing

Was signed up to their service without my knowledge - allegedly, over the internet. I camplained to AT&T and to Instant411, after getting a copy of the page i suppsedly signed up with, I found a discrepency with the Mother's maiden name and was promptly told that I would recieve a credit for the three months that they had billed me, but it would take 2-3 months before it would show up on my phone bill. I will wait and see.

Instant411 FRAUD beware February 24, 2010

stolen password

Instatnt411 began billing my internet/phone service, Century Link, at $14.95 / month. According to CenturyLink Customer service they had my password for their verification ! I, nor anyone in our household spoke with or communicated with Instant411 or knew of this company. Now I have had to change all my accounts ID's and passwords.
Century Link has promised to Credit the Charges, but somehow not intrested in the fraud involved it seems ?
