Was signed up to their service without my knowledge - allegedly, over the internet. I camplained to AT&T and to Instant411, after getting a copy of the page i suppsedly signed up with, I found a discrepency with the Mother's maiden name and was promptly told that I would recieve a credit for the three months that they had billed me, but it would take 2-3 months before it would show up on my phone bill.
