I authorized a one-time fee for services I requested from this company on April 11, 2011. That same day my bank statement showed additional charges that I did not authorize. I called this company and was told that the unauthorized amount would be taken off my statement within 24 hours. Today, April 20, 2011, 7 days later, the unauthorized amount had been posted to my bank acount. I contacted my bank who stopped payment on this unauthorized change. I have the conversation between the Int Intelius representative and myself recorded with him giving me the confirmation numbers. This company is one of the biggest SCAMS I have ever known. This company SUCKS!!!
