un authorized charges
I have been charged an additional $19.95 on my bank account. Please remove this immeditley. It was not authorized by me except for once and that is my regret. Please take this off of my account as soon as you recieve this email to assure that I do not have to tak further action

taking money out of my bank account
I signed up for ONE usage of Intelius and could not use it. I have now been charged THREE times and the last time was last week. I'm demanding my money back, I did not sign up for this company (?) or it's usage for an every month charge. I want that money returned to my account, or next week, I will call the Fraud Unit. I have gone through this before, and I will NOT go through this again.

Unauthorized Purchase
I went online to look for a friend and was offered a 1 x fee of .95 on the 18th of October 2008. My gmail was hit 4x by Intellius and because I was afraid to incur any additional charges I did not even open the mail.
To my suprise I was hit for another 19.95 on the 30th of October which I never authorized. When I looked at my 'account' it stated I was being charged another 19.95 on Novemeber 25th.
Their service is worthless to me. I would never consider paying 19.95 per month for their 'service'

unauthorized subscription charge
My Mastercard has a charge for $19.95 for subscription which I did not agree to. I did have .99 the previous month for a trial which I had agreed to.
Please issue me a credit on my Chase Card account #8108 and remove me from your system.

Unathorized Charges
Called customer service and was on hold for 25 minutes.
E-mailed Intelius and informed them to cancel my subscription before I will be billed again. There was a charge of &39.80 for subscription fee and ask to credit these charges immediately. And ordered the company to STOP charging fees to my credit card.
Hope to hear from you soon. My credit card company is holding all charges and e-mailed them like 2 weeks ago. and no reply... Thank you...

Charge on Credit Card
I have a charge of $19.95 on my credit card and I have no idea what it is for and how it got there. I would like to either get my money back or have them stop charging me for this service that I don't receive.

i don't even know what intelius is and they charged my card twice with 19.95 I don't recall ever signing up for this and it is very un appreciated.
