they say they don,t me when i asked for a refund a d debited more money from my account when stated. when i asked for a refund they bounced the email
i purchased a prodcut today. it was not the right one. i was given no receipt. I asked for a refund immediatly and they bounced the email. The amount was 79 aud approx. They did not send an email to verify the purchase. the product i bought was criminal backgrounds but all it showed was where ppl live.

Credit card for something I did not order
I'm right there with all of you --- I knew I would regret this supposed $.99 charge --- I'm on hold as I'm submitting the complaint -- you're on hold for 5 minutes, then the phone goes completely dead for another 5 minutes - no music, no nothing; the recording tells you to e-mail them; you e-mail the address given and your computer will say, "this page cannot be displayed." Jerks. I'm calling my credit card company tomorrow and disputing the charge --- Also I tried going to their home page, it tells you that you contact them, and yes you can, but you have to give an order number -- i'm sure if you send an e-mail, you'll get charged for another unauthorized charge - jerks.

Wrongly subscribed to Identity Protect
I ordered a phone search for $2.95, but have been charged $19.95/mo. for Identity Protect, which I did not ask for. I want to be unsubscribed and reimbursed, pronto.

misleading
This i a very misleading service. You sign up for unlimited searches, pay a fee, and then get hardly nothing. Once the person you are looking for is found then the next screen tells you to pay additional fees for more info. I called for a refund and was told they didnt offer refunds. Completely bad business ethics.

Sharing Credit Info
This company is sharing information with Value Max123.com, Value Max sent me a warning notices telling me they were going to bill me about 4 hours after I had charged a one time fee of 39.95, for a people search on Intelius, which was of no value to me because the phone numbers given were no good. This has never happened to me before and it makes me stinking mad because Intelius offers Identity Proctect, what a JOKE! I hope someone does something to stop this. I have notified my bank and I have also called Value Max and canceled the subscription that I didn't order in the first place. Lucky me... I hadn't been charged yet they did send my cancelation noticed right away. I also sent an email to Intelius telling them how disappointed I was and I am also going to follow-up with a phone call later today.

Unwanted billing
The only thing I ordered was an updated address for a friend for which you charged me an exhorbitant $49.95.
Then I see you are charging me $19.95 for some sevrive which I neither ordered nor do I have any use for nor do I want.
Please credit my Master Chagre account for this $19.95 and DO NOT BILL ME ANY FURTHER.
If it is not taken off my bill, I will file a formal protest with Master Card and persue any and all legal means to bring action agaunst Intelius for Fraud, Misrepresentaton and Unethical businees practices.

unauthorized bank charges
I authorized a one time payment of 19.95 to intelius, now they are chanrging my bank account for another 19.95. I've called my bank, and issued a stop payment to deter futher charges from Intelius. I intend to call them tomorrow and see if they will, of their own accord, stop these charges. If not, I will file claim against them. And it WILL STOP.
I just think you and others should be made aware of the frauds/scammers, grifters, whatever.

Can't contact company and want to no longer be a member
I signed up just now for intelius and it keeps giving me a run around, changing my password every chnce they get and having me not be able to sign in properly or view my profile. I used my crdit card for a person report in the U.S. as i'm currently living in the caribbean and they didn't give me a report or anything. I would like them to delete my credit card number and all other information for me. I want my account to be deleted, but it's not listed on their website on where on how you delete your account. Reading all these complaints, i can see why...if i don't have my account shut down and credit card info erased, i'm calling my lawyers.

Cheating on my Credit Card
Last year I used their service for 1 time. However, the company kept charged me through my credit card every month!. I called them they stopped charged.
However, few months later I noticed that in my new credit card was charged by their company without my authorization. I called them they refunded the latest month to me. I never thought they would do this to me!!! I don't think they are allowed to do this to any consumer! All I need is to have them refund all the money back. I am not sure How many customer they did like this??? I would like to report that this company is a scam!!! They are a fraud company!
I wish somebody can make them stop cheating!!
