My account was charged an unauthorized amount
My account was charged an unauthorized amount of 19.95 I only authorized .99 for a reverse phone look up.
I saw the box for some identity protection and I didn't check the box and only authorized a .99 cent reverse phone number look up . Furthermore, I didn't even get the .99 cent report.
Please credit my accout as soon aas possible.

Unauthorized billing
Some months ago I used the Intelius service to find a number for an old friend. Intelius has a one time use feature that supposedly costs six dollars. I chose this option and was able to get a number for my old friend whom I was subsequently able to contact.
However, they charged twelve dollars and ninety five cents to my bank account. I was OK with this because I was happy to have been able to make contact using the information I purchased. Recently, though, Intelius ripped another nineteen dollars and ninety five cents from my bank account for a membership fee.
I am not OK with this and have written to them asking for a refund. There has been no response.

does not answer phone has no email address
this is bad. they take money off the credit card wtithout authorization and then you can't get in touch with them by phone or email. this is the customer service email address they give over the phone. some email. why would you have to wait 20 minutes to talk to someone if then because of so many calls being answered. they must do alot of things wrong

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
My credit card was charges 3 times for protective services which i never authorized. I need protection from these people charging my credit card $19.95 each time.

Scam charges
About 3 months ago, I purchased a one time reverse directory phone number search. I did not ask for or want a monthly service. Nothing during the online process of purchasing the lookup said anything about getting a monthly service. The email receipt I received shortly thereafter detailed the reverse directory lookup I asked for but said nothing about a monthly service. However, for the last 3 months, they have been charging me for Monthly services and they have not yet responded to the email I sent last week to stop the service and refund my money. I do not recommend this company!

a subcription charge
hi, a charge of 19.95 which i didn't give authorization for was add to my bank acc. . i called last month and spoke to a representavi the lady told that this issue would be taken care of . but one againg this happen can some one help me please i did not subscribe to the web site.

Un athorized debits
company has being debiting my card for unathorized charges to my checking account. This company is horrible and I want them to stop. I called number and number has a 30min wait on the phone

Unauthorized billing
I was trying to get a phone report and was charged 4.99 they charged my credit card and they were going to try and hit me up for 19.95 charge that I didn't even ask for. They said they would refund my money. I didn't believe them after reading the negative response from here canceled my debit card and got a new one so they cant rip me off like they have done others or tried to. I have used them in the past and have not had any problems but I didn't want to take the chance.
