wrong information
recently i submitted a request order 14613176. The report was incomplete and inconsistent with the information I have. I would like to do business with you in the future as I deal with a lot of people that I must confirm their information. Please review the information and try to provide me with more accurate information eg first and last name. I am aware of the location prior to my request

fruadulent charges
I recently did a reverse phone search and now I am being charged for a product I never ordered. I tried to find an email address for them and without any luck I called their number which they are not in until Monday.
What a SCAM...

Unauthorized charge
I did a $.99 trial lookup on the Intellius site. I did not take the survey or take any other action on the sit. About 2 weeks later, I received a charge for $19.95 for unspecified membership. Apparently, this is some kind of identity protection, but I did not provide any information that would allow the company to provide such protection. Looking at the new, I am but one in many caught by this scam. Fortunately, USAA was quick to void the transaction.

unauthorized membership
Did not authorize Money to come out of my account. Want the membership cancelled and my money returned. The information was outdated and of no use!!!

not provide services promised
They show details available and will be shown with payment. After payment (actually) additional $5 with no explanation - they gave the name and basic home infor which was the same for everyone on the list. I already had both names for the address. They then show that more info is available for $44 more. What a rip off - do not use this service.

I was signed up for a subscription and I didnt authorize it!
I purchased a document about someone I was interested in and they charged me 85.50 and it didnt even have the information that was useful too me. It was a total FRAUD! Then they fraudulently charged my account again a week later for a subscription to protection services that I didnt authorize!

Lack of info
I ordered a background check at $49.95. Received hardly any info. Used another search company and got much more info. I emailed Intelius to let them know how unhappy I was. They couldn't have cared less. I called... took days to get to speak to someone in customer care... and was told person may have removed info. I told them it was unfair to take money from people if they can't produce the goods. Told me they had a no-refund policy. No wonder! Do not use this company!

deceptive billing practices
Company claims a one time charge of $19.99 and a $4.oo charge per search. This turns into a monthly charge and a 19.99 charge per a generic search. I will be reporting this to the better busness bureou and the attorney general's office.

Identity Protection
I am writing to cancel the ID Protection service I somehow got enlisted for and has been charged to my credit card the last couple of months.I did not authorize such and want my money returned ASAP...please cancel this account...
