They took my money from my bank account without authorization or a contract. The are tied to Creative Vacation Solutions and Universal Marketing Solutions, etc...they call promising that they are returning your monies from past resort companies, selling your timeshare with a family that has already been approved, and will be depositing monies into your account within three weeks. The next day my bank account was wiped out...I got the funds back cause I called SUNSHINE INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS IN NEW JERSEY where the bank credit was processed in Cherry Hill, NJ. The gentleman was kind enough to return my the monies taken from my account. But not until he had me speak with DAN TERRY, the owner of all these companies. Dan Terry tried to fake a phone recording of my approving the transaction and was not going to refund the monies!!! The VISA processor from NJ refunded the monies. I now want back the monies taken from Creative Vacation and Universal Marketing---$1, 982 total. After all of my complaints to my bank and others, they told me these companies provided me with advertising and marketing services. I never solicited or requested these services. I was always told my timeshare was sold and all I had to do was sign the contract and everything would be done in less than 60 days. It never happened and I still have a timeshare unsold!!! I want my monies returned for fraudulent representation and for no services rendered as stated by their representatives on the phone who mysteriously disappear after they have your monies. Please return my monies
