Contract Disputes
I ordered a $9.95 CD, Pimsleur German Language. They are saying
I checked a box to indicate I wanted to sign up for a subscription of
$236 for each German Course of CDs I and II for a total of $572.
When I called and explained that I did NOT check a box and how
could I send the CDs back, they said I couldn't. They said they
would offer me a promotion that would allow me to pay$236 for
both. I said I didn't want any of it and they would not let me talk to
anyone higher up. I asked to speak to the owner of the CDs so I
could straighten it out. She refused to give me any information and
told me they were the only ones I could speak with. They are saying
they will keep me in collections and I requested proof that I placed
the order for the $236 each product. They can't or won't send me
proof. I went online today to see if anyone else had the same
problem and apparently they have made the Ripoff Report #513957.
Please help me! I don't want a $572 collections thing I PROMISE I
NEVER ordered.
