Contract Disputes I ordered a $9.95 CD, Pimsleur German Language. They are saying I checked a box to indicate I wanted to sign up for a subscription of $236 for each German Course of CDs I and II for a total of $572. When I called and explained that I did NOT check a box and how could I send the CDs back, they said I couldn't. They said they would offer me a promotion that would allow me to pay$236 for both.
