	DamonaDragon March 17, 2011 Was billed for renewal without my permission. I was checking my online back account to see if I had wrote down everything and saw a charge for $49.99 on my account from them. They renewed my Intranet Security without my permission. I do not use it because it does not work properly and they charged me with out me even knowing it.
	Missy Imbert March 9, 2011 did not order, can not use I ordered this in program in 9/17/2008. I could not use it because it overloaded my computer memory so I had to remove it. I had a charge on my Discover on Dec. 5, 2009 that I must have not noticed and paid in Jan. 2010. My bad. In Jan. 2010 I had another charge that I did notice. I contacted Discover and they removed the charge and said they would investigate. They said that Trend Micro offered it to me so I had to pay for it. I found my original order from 9/17/ 2008. I says nowhere on it that I agree for them to update every year. I do not want to pay for something that I do not want and can not use.
	October 29, 2008 debit from my visa card I tried to purchase Internet Security, but I was told card not accepted, but I have just recieved my statement and it shows a debit of 80.49 USAD, but I have not downloaded the item
