I ordered this in program in 9/17/2008. I could not use it because it overloaded my computer memory so I had to remove it. I had a charge on my Discover on Dec. 5, 2009 that I must have not noticed and paid in Jan. 2010. My bad. In Jan. 2010 I had another charge that I did notice. I contacted Discover and they removed the charge and said they would investigate. They said that Trend Micro offered it to me so I had to pay for it. I found my original order from 9/17/ 2008. I says nowhere on it that I agree for them to update every year. I do not want to pay for something that I do not want and can not use. read full review »
