I have a dead pixel in the middle of my iPad screen. I went into the local Apple store and was told I needed to back up my software on iTunes but I would still lose some of my "expensive data files" that I need for work, very frustrating! I went home and backed up my iPad, then I called customers support... They told me it was covered under warranty but that would be receiving an opened, "like new iPad with refurbished parts in it"... As my iPad is less than two months old I got very upset and explained to multiple "geniuses" that I feel cheated since I just spent $850 less than two months ago, & their only solution was giving me a refurbished parts iPad... Very rude people, lack of understanding, and bad corporate policy has changed my mind about Apple... I will NEVER buy another Apple product again. Buyer beware!
