I am being charged for water usage that's impossible for me to use. Iam a single woman who lives in a 1 bdrm apt. I take showers every couple of days. I don't use my dishwasher, I have no hose that I use. I wash y face and brush my teeth every a.m and p.m I wash a couple of dishes a day and flush the toilet. I just moved here and my first bill said I used 2710 gal of water for the month, the second bill said I used 2310 gal of water. I finally found the meter, it's hooked up to the hot water heater and it says that from 5-24 to 5-31 a.m. I have used 620 gal of water. I have attempted to get an answere from ISTA and the best they could do is tell me that it's probably a leak in the pipes and to inform maintanence. I have looked at the pipes and it appears that they have been worked on quite a bit. Also, it shows that there might be a leak. I informed maitanence and the owner and nothing is being done. Something is very wrong here. I know I am getting ripped off. There's no possible little 'ol me is using that kind of water. What are my recourses? Thank-you, Lea
