I am being charged for water usage that's impossible for me to use. Iam a single woman who lives in a 1 bdrm apt. I take showers every couple of days. I don't use my dishwasher, I have no hose that I use. I wash y face and brush my teeth every a.m and p.m I wash a couple of dishes a day and flush the toilet.
