My wife bought a purse from the store in Texarkana Mall called Its In The Bag. Two days later the bag breaks, they exchange on mutual agreement the next day that bag also breaks, my wife tried to get her money back they wouldn't do it instead they insisted she take another bag and they even tried to offer her a job. My wife takes the 3rd bag and was told to come back at the end of the week to try to settle the problem. When we came back they refused to return our money (they didn't even have a no return policy sign up anywhere). Until I mentioned about reporting them to the BBB they then asked for our receipt which we didnt have at the time. When I asked for their store ID number they tried to claim they didn't have anything like that. Which is a law any business has to have some sort of a ID number. They finally gave us only a portion of what we paid for the 1st purse.
