My wife bought a purse from the store in Texarkana Mall called Its In The Bag. Two days later the bag breaks, they exchange on mutual agreement the next day that bag also breaks, my wife tried to get her money back they wouldn't do it instead they insisted she take another bag and they even tried to offer her a job. My wife takes the 3rd bag and was told to come back at the end of the week to try to settle the problem.
