I ordered a free trial of the ivory brites on May 7th, I didn't receive it until May 19th, then 3 days after that i see that they have taken 88.97 out of my account so I call to cancel and they said I can't cancel that shipment but they will cancel any further shipments. Well I start reading the fine print on the return policy and it says if you are not completely satisfied with the product you can e-mail
[email protected] and get a r.m.a # to send the product back for a refund. So I e-mail them and guess what, no response, I wait another 3 to 4 days and e-mail again, no response, so by this time it's May 29th and I still haven't even received the product in the mail that i paid 88.97 for on the 22nd. I call 1-888-246-2140 and explain my situation to the gentlemen and he said my package wasn't sent out until May 27th. I then ask why it was taken out of my account on the 22nd but not sent out until the 27th, he did not have an answer for that one. So anyway I have been e-mailing them every 2 days for a r.m.a # to send the product back, they always send an e-mail back saying please allow 48 hours for a response. I have emailed them 3 times and I still have not got a r.m.a #. Every time I call to see why they tell me to e-mail them again, because there is nobody in that department that I can talk to over the phone. Oh, and today is June 4th and I finally received the package in the mail that I paid for over 2 weeks ago.This company will not even send me the Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number to send this back because they do not want to refund me. I order a lot of things on the internet and I have never had to deal with a company this sorry! So beware of ivorybrites.com or whiteningbrites.com, it's the same company.
