I am having the same problem with this company that I see a lot of other people have had. I have cancelled my membership but no sign of a RMA#. I just put in a compaint to the Better Business Bureau for their are and everyone should go to the BBB website and see what they say about them. The company has an "F" rating. I know I will surely check with the BBB before ordering anything else on line. read full review »
