bad product
I signed up for a "free trial" offer, was charged $1 for a 3 day trial. After 8 days this company charged me $78.41 and stated that there was nothing they could do about it. The product does not work, it burns your gums. I have since cancelled my account and have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Don't fall for this scam.

WRONGFUL CHARGING
I ORDERED IVORY WHITE TRIAL PACK FOR ONE DOLLAR.. I DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR THE $78 PACKAGE BUT ITS BEING TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I

Payments and cancelling
When I tried to cancel, I was told that I was still going to recieve this product it was already in motion. So I figured since I paid the dollar might as well get the product! I told the person I didn't want to pay any more though. He gave me numbers for some different products that he said is all part of the Ivory White thing, and just call when I got the product! I feel scammed, taken advatage, and stupid for the whole thing! Just for doing some stupid survey! I wanted to send it back but they said that I couldn't, so twice I was told I couldn't! When I agreed and gave my debit card #, that's when I got the news about paying extra later! That's why I just turned off the survey! I didn't get the info or nothing. I knew that I would have to wait until I got a call or something! Now, they say it's too late!

UNEXPECTED $78.41 CHARGE
Due to information on Web site of the company, I was not aware of $78.41 charge to my credit card in 8 days. I thought there would be free shipment and no charge for 30 days.
I got an e-mail 2 days after shipment was already done that was almost 3 pages long with a lot of small print. Charges were not easy to locate in the e-mail due to all the small print. I did a cancellation 10 days after the e-mail date of the shipping and trial information e-mail.
I did my cancellation on line, because there were no phone calls accepted on weekends at this company.
after a Saturday cancellation on line, I made a Monday call to the company phone #, but I was told I could not get a refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED I CAN NOT GET MY MONEY REFUNDED, AND CAN NOT GET A REFUND FOR THE TEETH WHITENING PRODUCTS THAT I HAVE NOT OPENED, IF I RETURN THEM.

Unauthorized debit from card
I ordered the 1.00 free trial for the teeth whiteneing tray about a month ago, only to find out that $78.41 was debited fro m my account without authorizing it.Yes I authorized the 1.00 debit from my card.So I called the credit card company and they said there was a hold on my account for $78.41 and that I could not yet file charges because this was still pending on my account.SCAM SCAM SCAM.I found out that I was not alone.So when I look this up there is a big thing on internet explorer saying Ivory White is a scam.If this is a scam how are these people still in business? Please let me know what I can do in this matter. So because of this bullshit I can't even pay my electricity bill because I don't have enough money on my card to do so.How is this legal?Sure they have my credit card # but I did not authorize $78.41 to be taken out of my account.My # is 985-201-0525.I can't send u proof right now cause I can't view my statement on-line because there is a problem with the website.But i WILL MAKE ANOTHER COMPLAINT WHEN i HAVE IT AND SEND U THE PROOF.

unauthorized shipment and charges
I got 25 emails in one month advertising a free laptop. I signed up for 2 trials, one with Ivory White.
The product did not come for over a week, then arrived while I was out of town. I didn't open it, called the co. to ask how long I had to try it - but they're on mountain time - hard to contact. Then I saw a charge for $78 on my bill, and told them I'd send the trial back and whatever else they sent that they charged for. They charged that just for the trial (saying it came with a complete program). I offered to return it all untouched, asking for a full refund, less the $1 trial and a shipping charge. They refused. A supervisor Lindsay, was particularly arrogant and snotty. They know this is a scam, and take pleasure in robbing people. STAY AWAY!!!

web site did not say it was a tray system i cannot use this when i received this i called about returning this i have returned it but have not receive a notice . these pople are who they pretend to be this is a scam

charged my account
I agreed to a 8 day trial period to sample the product for teeth whitening( which I was interested in).
My order was placed 7/25/10, I had 8 days to try the product. The shipping took four days to reach me.
They used 4 of my days for the free trial with the shipping.
They debited my account for almost $80.00 and I called them twice to get this removed. They would not budge at all.
