I agreed to a 8 day trial period to sample the product for teeth whitening( which I was interested in). My order was placed 7/25/10, I had 8 days to try the product. The shipping took four days to reach me. They used 4 of my days for the free trial with the shipping. They debited my account for almost $80.00 and I called them twice to get this removed.
