This General Contractor stretched our remodel project on 2 years - and lied about the ability to complete the job. Repeately promised that materials had been ordered or would be installed by a certain date which never happened - he did not even make the order in the first place! Had to find out the hard way that he was not paying his subs, so they would not come work on our job. Had to pay out of pocket for subs/materials including entire kitchen on a bank-financed job. When questioned and called regarding these issues, would not return phone calls and would make every excuse in the book.
Do not be fooled by this guy - he treats his customers poorly and his subs poorly. He does not have the cash on hand to complete your job, and will not tell you this or even let you know there' s a problem for months.
