This General Contractor stretched our remodel project on 2 years - and lied about the ability to complete the job. Repeately promised that materials had been ordered or would be installed by a certain date which never happened - he did not even make the order in the first place! Had to find out the hard way that he was not paying his subs, so they would not come work on our job. Had to pay out of pocket for subs/materials including entire kitchen on a bank-financed job.
