I order this product online on Jan, 2, 2009 and on the same day I change my mind and I called to cancel it, they told me that I couldn't cancel it because it usually takes 24hrs to clear the order. Well I called exactly 24hrs after and they told me that they couldn't refund me my money because the order was already sent. I send the product back and they refund me my money a month later.
