Our house was hit by that hailstorm a few years back which put holes in my siding. Also, my wife and I had been kicking around the idea of downsizing but given house prices where they are it became a no-brainer to stay in our current house and dump some money into it to update it. After talking with a number of siding/roofing companies, we connected with Brandon at Mega who took us through the whole estimating/proposal process. He listened to what my wife and I were after and really worked hard to understand what our needs were. In the end we landed on a scope of work, design, and price that worked for all of us. The scope of work Mega completed included: removing all the old vinyl siding, removing the old soffits, facia, and eavestrough and then installing James Hardie siding and trim, and all new soffits, facia, and eavestrough. In addition, they finished the whole thing off by painting our front door, garage door, putting metal cladding over the garage door framing, as well as painting the accent pillar at the front entrance. All of this work was done with a lot of detail, care, cleanliness, and professionalism. Alex, the siding installer, was excellent (as was his crew). He was very professional, clean, and answered all of my (and there were many!) questions I had as he went along. You could tell he took pride in his work, and it showed. In addition, Mega did some spot fixes on our roof where we had some hail damage. This was one area where I really appreciated working with Brandon. I had a few companies quote me on a new roof, thinking I needed new shingles. Of the five or so companies who did a quote on the roof, Brandon was the ONLY person to actually go up on the roof to check things out. Everyone else simply came over, talked things through and gave me a quote. Turns out there was some damage that could be fixed without doing a full re-shingling that would give me another 3 - 5 years out of the existing roof. I didn't need a new roof right away; just some fixes to some metal and a few spots that had some wear and tear. This was great as it meant we didn't need to spend the money on a new roof right now (knowing full well that we will need to in a few years)! That was a creative solution from Brandon and in the end, it is what actually made me choose Mega. I would recommend Mega to anyone looking to do some major exterior renovations to their home.

I've used this company several times, both for a big roofing project, but also recently for a small gutter installation that other companies might not want to have dealt with. They are professional, do excellent quality work, are pleasant to deal with and reasonably priced. I won't use anyone else now!
