I recently purchased my second (NEVER again) Janome Quilting machine from a excellent local dealer.
After less than one year - the machine had to be sent back to the company for a complete overhaul -
I brought thae machine home yesterday only to find out now - the "on/off" switch does not work - now I have a new defect, thanks to the poor workmanship and quality of the Janome operational department. WHO is monitoring their quality of work? After spending the $$$ I did on this machine - I expected more from the company. The dealer was also extremely dissapointed and embarressed.
SPEND your money on any other company - Singer, Brother, etc...
