I recently purchased my second (NEVER again) Janome Quilting machine from a excellent local dealer. After less than one year - the machine had to be sent back to the company for a complete overhaul - I brought thae machine home yesterday only to find out now - the "on/off" switch does not work - now I have a new defect, thanks to the poor workmanship and quality of the Janome operational department.
