Purchased a NAS unit from Jason Isett at NAShq.com. Never heard anything from the company, but my credit card was charged immediately. Wouldn't answer email re delivery questions. Nothing. I called and spoke to a customer rep who said his name was Jason Isett. We would only say "it is indicated on the website", but would not provide a firm shipping date... in fact he was abusive (remember, I'm the customer checking on an order that is 3 weeks late). I decided enough is enough, an cancelled the order. He refused to cancel, then said if he did cancel it he was going to bill my credit card 20% "for his work". I called my credit card issuer, explained the situation (no product received in nearly a month) - and fortunately they handled this very bad experience with Isett. I should have done on-line research before, not after, buying from him. Lesson learned. Found tons of complaints similar to mine about NAShq. This is not a merchant to do business with. Avoid NAShq.
