Purchased a NAS unit from Jason Isett at NAShq.com. Never heard anything from the company, but my credit card was charged immediately. Wouldn't answer email re delivery questions. Nothing. I called and spoke to a customer rep who said his name was Jason Isett. We would only say "it is indicated on the website", but would not provide a firm shipping date... in fact he was abusive (remember, I'm the customer checking on an order that is 3 weeks late).
