Total lack of respect for the customer.. Called them back to fix my Jenn-Air built in side by side refrigerator for the THIRD TIME FOR THE SAME ISSUE.
They could not figure out the model number even though I had it written inside of the product manual and provided for them. They refused to fix the unit and will not return my calls with any follow up or advice.
Worst customer service and repair ability I have ever dealt with.
The service contract for anything needs to be taken away from these yahoos!!
