Called these goofs for service, on my Jenn-Air side by side built in refrigerator, third time for same problem none the less. Upon the technicians arrival and a quick two minute inspection, he told me that he knew it was the same issue, could fix it but thta is Manager instructed him not to perform the repair as the SN label (a paper label Jenn-Air places on the upper door frame) was missing.
