I started working as a temporary customer advisor at christmas 2008 for JJB SPORTS. I worked for 3 weeks plus my 1 week no pay. I was rushed to bring my in my bank details so i could make the monthly pay date. I got my bank details in on time and was told i would be paid on the 19 January 2009. I wasn't paid on the 19th but was paid on the 26th January 2009, and i was payed £90 which means they paid me for 1 week and 2 days. since the 26th January 2009 the store manager has said she would sort it and didn't. I called them several other times and now she wants to know the amount of hours, days and shifts i worked, which i don't have, I understand that the company would have the amount of hours I worked, which days and shifts. I do however know the date i started working and finished working. Although it is a small amount I am owed I understand that with-holding wages is illegal and the store manager isn't going to do anything about it.
