This product is total crap. It does not do what Joan River's infomercial says it will do. Not only is the product crap, but they charged more for shipping and handling than the entire product cost. $61.91 for S & H and the product cost was $59.96. I returned the product for the shipping cost of $10.92! RIP-OFF! When I called customer service for an explanation of the charges, I got the run-around and finally got the number for headquarters in New Jersey which is 973-287-5100. But here again, I was put on hold and disconnected before I could even speak with a live person who spoke English which could be understood! I will never again purchase anything with Joan River's name on it or anything she endorses. She's simply money hungry and doesn't care about deceiving the public.
