This product is total crap. It does not do what Joan River's infomercial says it will do. Not only is the product crap, but they charged more for shipping and handling than the entire product cost. $61.91 for S & H and the product cost was $59.96. I returned the product for the shipping cost of $10.92! RIP-OFF! When I called customer service for an explanation of the charges, I got the run-around and finally got the number for headquarters in New Jersey which is 973-287-5100.
