Joel Kennedy ([email protected]) committed to buying the 1.01 carat diamond ring on Craiglist. He me to submit a paypal invoice which I did. I wait 7 days for payment the amount was $5, 060 for the cost of the ring and shipping. On the 7th day I sent him another email reminding him of his commitment to purchase the ring ( I turned down other offers because he said he was going to purchase. I have all of the emails that was sent from both me and him. I want to know if there is any recourse or at the least this person needs to banded from Craiglist. I lost alot of money when he comitted to purchase. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to get him banded and let him know how I lost the sale of the ring to another people who wanted to buy. Can I sue him?
