Joel Kennedy ([email protected]) committed to buying the 1.01 carat diamond ring on Craiglist. He me to submit a paypal invoice which I did. I wait 7 days for payment the amount was $5, 060 for the cost of the ring and shipping. On the 7th day I sent him another email reminding him of his commitment to purchase the ring ( I turned down other offers because he said he was going to purchase.
