I sent my diplomas and transcripts to have them evaluated with a return envelope. When I had received my envelope it had the translations but the diplomas and transcripts were not in the envelope. the copy did replace my diploma and transcripts and it toke a year with my husband and myself having to do all the foot work, calling and arranging shipments. The company did repay us for the receipts turned in, but not for all the time and work getting these documents from the colleges in the Ukraine and Russia. These were Soviet Union diplomas and not replaceable with same. They were replaced with current country's diplomas. Is there a double check to ensure these documents are being handled right and all documents that are to be shipped out are in the package prior to sealing the envelopes? How does your company ever repays people for having to spend there time correcting your companies mistakes?
