I sent my diplomas and transcripts to have them evaluated with a return envelope. When I had received my envelope it had the translations but the diplomas and transcripts were not in the envelope. the copy did replace my diploma and transcripts and it toke a year with my husband and myself having to do all the foot work, calling and arranging shipments. The company did repay us for the receipts turned in, but not for all the time and work getting these documents from the colleges in the Ukraine and Russia.
