Our damaged Bedroom suite was to be exchanged with a new one..the new one was just as bad, if not worse..we had no choice but to keep our existing headboard, full of glue, as the new one was even worse.. Do the manufactures not do quality test?? How does JD accept this type of quality? I work at a shopfitting company, so I know how things should look, we would NEVER, send out goods looking like that.. Is Joshua Doore about price and Not quality, cos then your goods should definately be alot cheaper? I just cant understand how you can SELL goods of such an inferior quality? I wil now accept woteva discount we get, as Im not going to take time off work jus to sit at home and wait for a delivery, nor do I want to go up & down to Southgate to keep re-doing paper work.. So please assist us, so we can bring this matter to a close.. Please understand that I dont have a problem with the staff, just the badly made furniture, or rather that bedroom suite in particular!
