Our damaged Bedroom suite was to be exchanged with a new one..the new one was just as bad, if not worse..we had no choice but to keep our existing headboard, full of glue, as the new one was even worse.. Do the manufactures not do quality test?? How does JD accept this type of quality? I work at a shopfitting company, so I know how things should look, we would NEVER, send out goods looking like that..
