I placed my order online at www.kateyjadesbabyboutique.com for a pettiskirt on August 25th 2009. The page originally said shipping would take 2-3 weeks. After placing the order I recieved an email stating that it would actually take 3-5 weeks and I agreed to continue with the order in spite of the (in my opinion) ridiculous shipping time. After 5 weeks past I sent the company an email stating I waited more than 5 weeks and never recieved my skirt and asked whether or not it had shipped. I recieved an email stating it would be shipped out the next day which would have been October 2nd 2009. Today is now October 9th -a full week since it was supposed to ship- and I still have recieved no skirt or even any shipping info. I have now waited a total of 6 and 1/2 weeks and have absolutely nothing to show for it.

*Edit- I recieved the skirt finally on Saturday, October 10th. Although the company told me it would ship on the 2nd the box was post marked as shipped on the 8th. I was also contacted on the 10th by the company saying they sent me an email which I never recieved. They later sent me an additional email appologizing for the unacceptable service. They also said they are going to send me a $25.00 gift card for the inconvienence. I will update as to whether or not I ever recieve the gift card. The company also stated that they discontinued the line that I ordered because they were having too many issues with the supplier.
