I won an auction on ebay. I was given the invoice. I paid the invoice and then the seller did not want to ship it to me. He felt that he did not get enough money..so he added a high shipping price. I had already paid and the auction and invoice said "free shipping". This "seller" just returned my money and refused to sell. This is to be against ebay rules but because this guy had a score of 450. I was lead arounfd and around by ebay "customer service, "Trust & Safety" person "Shane". She gave me a false "report" number to get me off the phone.
Ebay is a disgrace. They lie and just want their high fees they are corrupt and discriminate. I spent three days hearing lies and misleading statements.
